Pipe freeze spray is a niche but invaluable type of aerosol for plumbers and anyone else working with metal or plastic piping. Often referred to as ‘plumbers freeze spray’, these types of aerosols allow plumbers to carry out repair and maintenance work easily as they do not have to drain entire systems before commencing their work.

When sprayed directly on to water pipes, freeze sprays do as they say – they freeze the water inside allowing pipes to be cut and repairs carried out, without the need to shut off water.
