Modern Slavery Policy

Modern slavery is an unquestionable and unacceptable violation of an individual’s basic human rights. Aztec Aerosols Limited recognises that as a commercial organisation it has both a moral, legal and social obligation to take a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery.

We are committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our organisation and to ensure, as far as we are reasonably able, that our supply chains are free from forms of slavery and human trafficking.

Current Activity

We undertake due diligence with consideration to new suppliers, and are continually in the process of reviewing and auditing our existing suppliers. This due diligence will include

• Auditing our supply chain to identify and assess risks of modern slavery and human trafficking
• Conducting supplier audits
• Terminating our relationship with suppliers who violate our supplier code of conduct

We operate the following policies that assist our approach to the identification of modern slavery risks and steps to be taken to prevent slavery and human trafficking within our organisation:

Addition to current handbook Whistleblowing Policy – we encourage all employees to report concerns relating to unlawful conduct, malpractice dangers to the public or the environment and any other matters of serious concern. The Modern Slavery Act 2015 (“The Act”) falls specifically within this policy.

Quality and Sustainability Agreement – we are committed to ensuring that our suppliers adhere to the highest standards of ethical behaviour. Suppliers are required to declare their provision of safe employee working conditions, treating workers with dignity and respect and adhere to current employment legislation in their use of labour. Serious violations of the agreement will lead to termination of the supplier business relationship.

Aztec Aerosols Limited is fully compliant with all current employment legislation and wish to make aware to the public, stakeholders and all interested parties that this compliance is of considerable importance to the organisation.

Aztec Aerosols Limited are willing, as with all policies, to translate this policy to another language format if necessary to meet specific individual needs.
