Founded in 1964, Aztec Aerosols has over 50 years of experience in the industry. During this time it has combined technical knowledge with innovative design to provide reliable products and added value to their clients’ brands. From the early 1960’s to the present day, Aztec Aerosols has grown and developed from a small aerosol manufacturer in the North West to market leaders in the UK.
The team here at Aztec Aerosols has vast experience, allowing us to provide an extensive range of cost effective, quality products in a wide variety of sizes, formats and quantities. Supporting them are our qualified technical staff, who offer confidential advice on product development, as well as all of the relevant legal requirements.
Our ‘Total Product Development’ policy commences from our initial consultation with you. We will get a full understanding of you, your business and your aerosol requirements, before taking a specification and design brief. From there, our Technical Research & Development team will research and develop your formula, creating a bespoke product. Finally, our Design team will then design the can and print the labels using state of the art equipment, allowing us to either label, screen print, litho-generic or full lithographic print your final artwork to create bespoke labelling.
Aztec Aerosols has established a systematic approach to quality management. This ensures that your needs are clearly understood, agreed and fulfilled as efficiently as possible. We are ISO accredited in Quality Management and our system reduces waste, rejects and complaints, while improving quality awareness throughout our company.
