Celebrating 25 Years of Dedication: Jasmaine and Dave Mark a Milestone at Aztec Aerosols

Aztec Aerosols is proud to celebrate two remarkable team members, Jasmaine Tabbernor and Dave Durose, who have each reached an incredible 25 years of service with the company.

Darren Gough, Managing Director, presented both staff members with a watch, as a thanks for their dedication, expertise, and passion- all of which have played an essential role in shaping Aztec into the thriving business it is today.

Jasmaine Tabbernor – From the Production Line to Quality Excellence

“I joined Aztec Aerosols back in 2000 as a Senior Line Leader and eventually transitioned into the Quality team.

Enjoying your work every day is so important—and being surrounded by such a fantastic team makes that possible. After 25 years here, Aztec really does feel like home.

The company is always evolving, and I’m always excited for what’s coming next. The introduction of new machinery has made a huge impact—just one of the many reasons Aztec stands out as the best leading contract aerosol filler in the country.”

Jasmaine’s journey is a true testament to growth and adaptability. Her commitment to quality and her positive outlook continues to inspire everyone around her.

Dave Durose – A Pillar of Experience and Progress

“I started at Aztec when it was in Croydon, and I have been the main person to organise the move of the business from Croydon to Crewe—dismantling the production lines and re-installing them in Crewe.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Aztec and seen so many changes over the years and so many people come and go.

The acquisition of Aztec by Instarmac is the biggest change that has happened, and the investment and changes that have been made have had a positive impact on Aztec, especially the staff. Instarmac has provided benefits to Aztec that we hadn’t had before—private health care, dental care, profit-related pay and other benefits.”

Dave’s technical expertise and leadership have been vital through times of transformation, particularly during the relocation and major transitions that have shaped the company’s future.

Both Jasmaine and Dave embody Aztec Aerosols’ core values of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Their long-standing service is a reflection of the company’s supportive culture and commitment to its people.

Everyone at Aztec joins in congratulating them on this fantastic achievement and thanking them for their continued dedication. Here’s to many more successful years ahead!

Handles High Demands

We chose to work with Aztec Aerosols due to their strategic location in Crewe, which is close to our plant in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent. This proximity allows for quick and efficient delivery of our Fuchs products to them and then filled cans back to us, significantly reducing the CO2 environmental impact. Additionally, Aztec Aerosols has the capacity to handle our high volume demands, making them an ideal partner for our needs.
