Established in 1998, Supported Community Business (SCB) has a straightforward mission – to create equal opportunities and enhance the lives of people with additional support needs. SCB empowers these individuals to fulfil their potential and ambitions in the workplace.

By partnering with local businesses, SCB helps adults develop essential life and job-related skills, enhancing their personal growth and employability. One business delighted to work with SCB are Aztec Aerosols, a leading aerosol contract filling manufacturer.
