We have 2 vacancies for Area Sales Managers, one covering the north of the UK (upwards from the Crewe area) and one covering the south (Crewe area down to the South of England)

We are a leading provider of aerosols, known for our innovation, quality, and commitment to customer satisfaction. As we continue to expand, we are looking for motivated Area Sales Managers to drive growth across the north and south of the UK.

Operating since 1995 undertaking Aerosol Contract Filling for customers we have been based on Gateway in Crewe since 1999 and the site has grown in size and market presence. In 2017, the business was acquired by the Instarmac Holdings, a privately owned manufacturing business, who are an award winning Times top 100 business who supply products to the Highway maintenance, Tiling, Commercial flooring and External hard landscaping markets to most continents across the world.

Duties

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, managing and growing key accounts while identifying new business opportunities. You’ll play a pivotal role in promoting our products, developing strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a sales plan to drive revenue growth in your territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Conduct product presentations and provide expert guidance to customers
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management


Requirements

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in a field-based sales role, ideally as an Area Sales Manager or similar
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Experience in the aerosol industry is desirable but FMCG, manufacturing, B2B will also be considered
• Full UK driving license (essential)
